Terms and Conditions

I have the right to refuse to do a commission, and refusal will typically occur before payment. If it occurs afterwards for whatever reason, I will refund the full commission price.

If the commissioner asks for a refund after I've started a commission, a percentage based on how much has been completed will be returned, as well as what has been completed of the piece.

If a commissioner issues a PayPal chargeback without prior contact, reasoning, and/or planning, their PayPal email and social medias will be blacklisted immediately.

If a commissioner wishes to resell my art as digital or physical merchandise, they must inform me beforehand. The commission price may either be raised, or even lowered if I get a percentage from merchandise sales.

If physical merchandise is to be supplied/ordered by myself, estimated shipping, handling and production costs will be added to the final price paid by the commissioner.

My artwork, under any circumstances, may not be sold and/or redistributed as non-fungible tokens (NFTs) by the commissioner and/or a third party.

All commissions are to be paid for via PayPal.

Only the commissioner and I may use or post the art unless stated otherwise by the commissioner themselves. When reposted by the commissioner, credit must be given.

The commissioner may not claim any of my artwork as their own creation.
